Goals

June Goals:
1. Run 70 miles
            I ended up running a little over 50 miles
2. Try at least 3 new food items
            I did not complete this goal

3. Run a race and sign up for another one.    
Race I ran
            Houston Heights Fun Run-June 4th
Races I signed up for           
           Rock n Roll 1/2 marathon
           Run Wild 5K
4. Cross train more
           I have biked and made use of the elliptical machine
 
July Goals:
1. Try at least 3 new food items.
2. Complete all of my training runs for the 1/2 marathon training 
3. Run a race and sign up for another one
4.Try out a new workout
5. Bike once a week with my Scotty
